New Home Sales Not Encouraging

New home sales rose 2.4% in July, but they plummeted 35.3% year/year and June’s data got revised significantly lower.  June’s annualized sales pace fell from 530,000 to 503,000, making July’s gain much weaker than expected.  Read More.
